Teens Against Cancer would like to invite all MHS students to participate in our annual Walk Against Childhood Cancers. This year's relay will take place on Friday, May 17th, during 5-8th periods at the high school track. For a donation of $10 or more, you can join us for pizza, games, raffles, and giving to a great cause! Donation envelopes are due back on Wednesday, May 15th, to Mrs. Kohmann in Room 505.
Congratutions to members of our Junior/Senior Prom this year:
Maria Hoebeke, Amber Brady, Abbie Gallina, Anna Anstine, Alexandra Ellesin, Andrew Heppe, Reece Kackley, Colby Deane, Riley Sampson, and Garrett Young.
Teacher/Staff Appreciation week is May 6-10. One way everyone can show appreciation to our teachers and staff is to write them a note of appreciation. Blank notes are available in English classes, Room 405, and the main office. Please take a few moments to write a note of appreciation for a staff member who has made a difference in your life. You can return the notes of appreciation to Mr. Bush in Room 405 or the main office by Friday, May 3rd.
BLOOD ALERT! Right now the Red Cross has less than a three-day supply of most blood types, and blood products are being distributed to hospitals faster than donations are coming in. The next blood drive is Thursday, May 16th. Please sign up in Room 505 if you can help out! You must be 16 or 17 with parent permission to give.
