Marlington Middle School finished up the Ohio Achievement test on May 6th. The staff and students worked very hard in preparing for these tests and we hope that their efforts will show with their performance.

Bands in the Round happened on May 6th at the high school.I want to thank Ray Koontz and the Marlington staff that put on a wonderful performance for the community that evening.

The middle school track banquet will be held May 13th at 6:00 in the middle school cafeteria.

The 5th grade students will be visiting Marlington Middle School for an orientation on May 21st and will have an opportunity to meet our staff. They will also have the opportunity to have lunch at the middle school.

The 8th grade will be attending Washington D.C. on May 19th, 20th, and 21st. The busses will be leaving at 6:00am on May 19th and will be returning May 21st between 9:00 – 9:30pm.

The 7th grade field trip will be to Baltimore on May 21 and 22. They will be leaving May 22 at 6:00am and will be returning May 22 between 9:00 – 9:30pm.

On June 10, Marlington Middle School will be having an all school awards assembly at the high school auditorium starting at 8:15am. Immediately following the awards assembly, we will be the 8th grade graduation.
