Mrs. Susan Cook has taught music in the public schools since 1994. She earned her B.M. in music education from Kent State University and an M.A. in Education from Heidelberg University. Mrs. Cook's major instrument was voice. Additionally, she studied the bassoon, piano and played sousaphone in her high school marching band.

       When she is not teaching, Mrs. Cook enjoys scrapbooking, traveling, reading and spending time with her family. Her husband, Grant, is the Director of Choral Activities at the University of Mount Union. Her daughter, Jane, is a senior at Alliance High School and a dancer with the Canton Ballet and the Canton Ballet Jazz Company.
