We are looking for photos of the 5th grade class from their many school activities throughout the years – from kindergarten through 5th grade (class parties, field trips, Olympic days, special activity days, etc.) We would like to receive only classroom photos, not photos from outside activities. We hope to assemble these photos to make a movie that will play after our 5th Grade Recognition Program. If you have photos to share, you can do so in one of the following ways:

  • Send a flash drive with photos in a envelope marked as follows:

         Attention: 5th Grade Recognition Photos

Please include your name so the flash drive can be              returned.

  • Send hard copies in an envelope or Ziploc bag marked as follows:

        Attention: 5th Grade Recognition Photos

Please include your name on the bag and on the                 photos so that they can be returned to you.

We would like all photos in by May 15th, 2017. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at the above address, or call 330-935-2469.
