Hello! My name is Mrs. Wade. I am proud to say that I graduated from Marlington High School in 1985, and my classroom is the same room I was in when I was in 3rd grade at Lexington! I feel very fortunate to be a part of Lexington!
I graduated from Mount Union College, home of the Purple Raiders. I also graduated from Malone College with a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction and Stark State with an Associate's degree in Business Management. I have attended Ashland College where I worked on my Administration degree. I have been married to Dave for over 36 years, and we have two boys and a girl. Austin teaches History/AP History at Dover High School where he is also the Varsity soccer coach. Colton is a medical student at NeoMed in Rootstown. Our daughter, Madison is attending Kent State. She played volleyball at Marlington and was voted Stark County Player of the Year her junior year. She is also a volleyball coach at Aurora High School.
I will be once again teaching math and science this year. This is my 32nd year of teaching, and I still get excited about learning every year!
We will be working on our multiplication facts, working with skills related to division, fractions, geometry, measurement and graphing. Our math program is called Envisions. I hope you enjoy your time in third grade and learn a lot of new things this year! GO DUKES!
