Principal's Message

Thank you for visiting our Marlboro Elementary School page. This is a fantastic community and we are very supportive of our children.  We are so proud to be a school filled with great students, a dedicated staff and plenty of Marlington pride. Through the continued efforts of our entire school community, including all of the wonderful families here, Marlboro Elementary continues  to provide our students with a strong, well-rounded education.  Alongside all Marlington Local Schools, Marlboro Elementary strives to provide our young people with opportunities to grow as students and leaders. Many school-wide programs give our students the chance to be the best they can be, including Guys with Ties, G.I.R.L.S. Group, Student Council, Student of the Month, Dynamite Dukes and STEAM Club. With so many great opportunities, Marlboro Elementary thrives through our fantastic PTO and volunteer network. These devoted parents and community members work together to offer a variety of activities, such as classroom parties, fun family outings and other extracurricular celebrations. At Marlboro Elementary, as well as our entire school district we are working daily toward our One Plan goals. Those goals focus on the three key factors. We commit to focusing on our Early Warning Systems data to prepare our students for post-secondary education, routinely review our assessment data in ELA and Math to ensure our students are meeting their Growth Expectations and to support a Safe and Healthy School. With these goals inspiring all that we do, Marlboro will continue to provide the building blocks of an outstanding education. I am eager to enjoy my sixth year as Marlboro principal, looking forward to another year of academic excellence, individual growth and rewarding accomplishments.
