Washington is a place where strong relationships, high expectations, and a shared commitment to student success help every child reach their full potential.
In partnership with our families, staff, and community, we strive to provide a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment where students are challenged academically, encouraged to grow as leaders, and celebrated for their individual strengths. Through opportunities such as Student Council, STEAM, and our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program, students develop the confidence, responsibility, and character needed to be successful both inside and outside the classroom.
One of Washington Elementary’s greatest strengths is the partnership we share with our families. Our dedicated PTO and supportive community play an important role in creating meaningful experiences for our students and helping make our school a place where children love to learn.
As we begin the 2026–2027 school year, we look forward to partnering with our students, families, and community to build on Washington Elementary’s proud traditions. Together, we will make this a year filled with learning, growth, and memorable experiences!

BIO: I am proud to serve as Principal of Washington Elementary. I bring more than a decade of experience in education, having served as a classroom teacher, Dean of Students, Assistant Principal, and Principal. As a graduate of the University of Mount Union, I am passionate about building positive relationships and creating an environment where every student can learn, grow, and succeed.
My wife, Sarah, and I live in Alliance with our three daughters. As a family, we enjoy spending time together and are excited to become part of the Marlington community.
I look forward to working with the students, families and community of Washington Elementary.
