Mrs. Schneider
This is my twenty-sixth year teaching for Marlington Local Schools. I spent 12 years at Washington Elementary. Then went to Lexington Elementary for 7 years before returning to Washington for 2 years. Now, I'm back at Lexington for the 5th year! For twelve years prior to being hired at Washington, I taught within Marlington's Summer Migrant Student program teaching these students Reading and Math while helping them learn English. I attended college in Tennessee and Kentucky, where I earned a B.S. degree. Most recently, I have obtained an M.S. degree through a college in Michigan.
In my family, I have a husband who likes to do magic! We also have a 15 year old son named Ryan and a 13 year old son, Daniel. We enjoy camping, going to the fair and traveling. I have one sister, who is married and has three children. We have a dog named "Bella," and two cats, Luna and Sissy.
It has been a long time goal and desire of mine to teach young people. My mission as a teacher is to instill in my students a desire to learn and grow educationally, socially, and emotionally. It is my desire to provide opportunities for my students to reach their highest potential.
