Hello!

 

My name is Mr. Tanner. I am entering my fifth year of teaching Career Tech-Horticulture here at Marlington High School.

 

I am married with one child. My wife of 23 years, Ashley, also works for Marlington at Lexington Elementary and my son, Kamden, is a Senior at Marlington High School. I am a huge Cleveland sports and OSU fan and we are an avid soccer family. My wife and I are active members of the Marlington Soccer Booster Club. It is an honor to serve the school and community that we love and support so much. 

 

Prior to Marlington, I worked for The Ohio State University-Wooster Campus also known as the Agricultural Technical Institute (ATI) where I worked in the Horticulture division as the Turfgrass Technician in the Turfgrass Management Program. I also graduated from ATI with my Associates degree in Greenhouse Management. GO BUCKS!!!

 

I look forward to bringing my diverse horticultural background to Marlington and continuing to grow the already flourishing hort program while continuing the Marlington tradition of excellence.
